Column names are almost always found in the upper cells, so if the table is large, and we are at the bottom, it can be difficult to know where to find the correct column. The same goes for rows. In such situations, it is a great idea to freeze columns or rows, so you are always visible regardless of which part of the table is found.
This is done very easily. It is necessary that you select the row or column after what we want to be frozen, and then go to View – Freeze Panes.
