Creating a menu belongs to a group activity that is very important for a good site. Menus allow you to create navigation that is right for you or your visitors and not just one but several. Created navigation can be set as the primary navigation web site or you can set the sidebar as an extra, and even in the footer element (if the topic allows it).
The menus are divided into two main sections. To the left is the Web site, categories and custom links ie. all page elements that have been previously created.
