Each site on WordPress consists of two parts:
- Files stored in the “home directory” site (installed during the basic installation and subsequent plugins) and
- MySQL Database website (where you can find own contents, texts, images, products etc.)
Why is important the backup?
The first and most important measure to protect your site from loss or other damage is making backup copies of your site. Backup allows the administrator to restore all damaged files from another location where they are stored.
Hosting services among other things, include making regular backups of your site. The long recovery time of your site, which will depend on your service provider and content may not include all changes.
How to use cPanel?
First you login to CPanel of your web site. So what in the browser address bar enter www.name/cpanel or click the link received from your service provider.
Find Files section, where you will find a function for backup. It offers a wizard with whose assistance continues to go through the whole procedure.
