SUCCESS Dijagrami
Tragajući za dobrim primerom prezentovanja podataka nikako nisam moga izbeći MCB i udruženje controllera. Na stranici Kako srediti izeštaj može se videti primer prezentovanja podataka na potpuno nov način.
U prvom trenutku sam pomislio da je reč o trivijalnom poslu i da je lako rešiti grafički prikaz podataka iz tabele, ali se ispostavilo da to nije tako.
U sledeća tri nastavka rešićemo svaki dijagram po principu korak-po-korak, i postepeno zaroniti u svet dijagrama u ekselu.
Prvi dijagram – apsolutne vrednosti referentne godine
Prvi korak: selektovanje podataka X i Y kolone gde se nalaze podaci koje želimo prikazati. U ovom primeru je to kolona Customer i sledeća kolona 2013.
Drugi korak: izaberite traku sa alatima Insert i dugme Recommended Charts (kao na slici).
Treći korak: Pre nego što uklonite sve nepotrebe elemente selektujte X osu i štiklirajte opciju Categories in reverse order.
Četvrti korak: Pored određivanja boje isključite oznake na X osi i isključite prikazivanje vredosti X ose.
Peti korak: Samo još postavite dijagram a željenu veličinu.
Drugi dijagram – razlika dve godine
Prvi korak: ponovo selektujte podatke X i Y kolone koje želite prikazati. U drugom primeru je to kolona Customer i sledeća kolona DLY, koju ćete selektovati držanjem taster Ctrl.
Drugi korak: izaberite traku sa alatima Insert i dugme Recommended Charts (kao na slici).
Treći korak: Pre nego što uklonite sve nepotrebe elemente selektujte X osu i štiklirajte opciju Categories in reverse order.
Četvrti korak: Proširite trake izborom opcije Gap Width.
Peti korak: Sada štiklirajte opciju Invert if negative i odaberite boje za poyitivne i negative vredosti kao a sledećoj slici.

At the first moment, I thought it was a trivial business and it was easy to solve the graphical display of data from the table, but that’s not the case.
In the next three sequences, we will solve each diagram on a step-by-step basis, and gradually submerge into the world of the diagram in the excel.
The first diagram – the absolute values of the reference year
Step 1: select the X and I columns where the data that we want to display is. In this case, it is the Buyer column and next column 2013.
Step 2: Select the Insert toolbar and the Recommended Charts button (as in the picture).
Step 3: Before removing all unnecessary items, select the X axis and type the Categories in reverse order option.
Step 4: In addition to determining the color, turn off the markings on the X axis and turn off X axis display.
Step 5: Just set the diagram and the desired size.
