Popis robe je knjigovodstveni dokument – koji daje potpunu, detaljnu listu svakog proizvoda koji vaše preduzeće ima na zalihama. Ovo uključuje vaše sirovine, poluproizvode i gotovu robu. Popis robe treba da sadrži čifru robe, naziv, opis, cenu i količinu na zalihama. Popis robe je važan jer vam pokazuje tačno šta imate na raspolaganju za prodaju ili upotrebu, koliko efikasno vaše preduzeće obrće zalihe, koji artikli se ne prodaju ili se ne koriste.
