Meniji su podijeljeni u dve osnovne sekcije. Levo se nalaze stranice, kategorije i prilagođeni linkovi tj. svi elementi stranice koji su ranije kreirani. Desno se nalazi sekcija unutar koje se uređuje meni. Kreirani izborni meni prvo treba imenovati. Na sledećoj slici možete videti put dolaska do ekrana gde se podešavaju meniji.
Intuitivna izrada menija
Meni je sastavni deo instalirane teme u vordpresovom sajtu i može biti značajno ograničen početnim dizajnom teme. Ali kod skoro svih tema glavni meni radi bez ikakvog ograničenja.
Iz glavnog menija izaberite opciju Izgled/Izbornici

U vašem meniju mogu se naći pozivi prema svim elementima na vašem sajtu.
Tu su stranice (Pages), članci (Posts), linkovi (Custom Links), kategorije (Categories) čak i proizvodi pojedinačno ako imate prodavnicu.
Izaberite element koji želite da se nađe u vašem izborniku (meniju) i kliknitena Add to Menu.
U trećem delu pod nazivom Menu Structure, pomerite dugme na nivo koji vam odgovara i jednostavno snimite izbornik klikom na dugme Save Menu.
Dobro organizovan meni može mnogo pomoći posetiocima da pronađu traženi sadržaj.
Isto tako ako preterate sa nivoima ugnježdavanja velikog broja opcija u izborniku može postati kontra-produktivan.[:en]Creating a menu belongs to a group activity that is very important for a good site.
