Takav posao mo\u017eemo obaviti na dva na\u010dina, prvi, kada mo\u017eemo upotrebiti <strong>Open<\/strong> (biramo tip datoteke CSV) postoji najmanje od verzije 2003 i drugi, kada koristimo <strong>PowerQuery<\/strong> koji postoji od verzije 2010 kao dodatna, a od 2016 kao podrazumevana funkcionalnost.<\/p>\n<p><em>U\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/kalkulacija.com\/wordpress\/istorijat-dodavanja-formula-u-excelu\/\">verzijama<\/a>: <strong>2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, 2021, 365, za<span class=\"appliesToItem\">\u00a0Mac<\/span>\u00a0i za\u00a0<span class=\"appliesToItem\">web<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3557\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3557\" style=\"width: 594px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3557\" src=\"https:\/\/kalkulacija.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/csv01.png\" alt=\"Izgled CSV datoteke\" width=\"594\" height=\"226\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kalkulacija.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/csv01.png 594w, https:\/\/kalkulacija.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/csv01-300x114.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 594px) 100vw, 594px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3557\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Izgled CSV datoteke<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ucitavanje_CSV_datoteke_jednostavnom_OPEN_funkcijom\"><\/span>U\u010ditavanje CSV datoteke jednostavnom OPEN funkcijom<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>CSV (eng. Comma-Separated Values &#8211; vrednosti razdvojene zarezom) je u osnovi TXT format u kojem su vrednosti po kolonama razdvojene zarezom. To je ta\u010dno ako nam je u Windowsu postavljeno regionalno pode\u0161avanje sa engleskim pravopisom.<\/p>\n<div style=\"background-color: green; color: white; padding: 20px;\">\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Upotreba_znaka_polukolona_u_CSV_datoteci\"><\/span>Upotreba znaka [ <strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">;<\/span> ] (polukolona) u CSV datoteci<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Kada u Windows-u postavimo regionalno pode\u0161avanje sa srpsko-hrvatskim pravopisom (i drugim varijacijama) znak za razdvajanje decimalnih brojeva je zarez (,) tada se zbog ispravnosti CSV formata za razdvajanje kolona umesto zareza [ <strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">,<\/span> ]\u00a0<\/strong>koristi znak polukolona\u00a0[ <strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">;<\/span> ]<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Prilikom izvo\u017eenja podataka ovi znaci \u0107e biti podrazumevani prema trenutnom pode\u0161avanju. Ako kojim slu\u010dajem nam treba privremena promena tih znakova neophodno je u tabu <strong>File<\/strong> izabrati <strong>Options<\/strong>, i u kartici <strong>Advanced<\/strong> de\u0161tiklirati opciju <strong>Use system separators<\/strong>, kada postaju dostupne \u0107elije za korisni\u010dko pode\u0161avanje.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3566\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3566\" style=\"width: 843px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3566 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/kalkulacija.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/csv02-1.png\" alt=\"Pode\u0161avanje separatora\" width=\"843\" height=\"693\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kalkulacija.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/csv02-1.png 843w, https:\/\/kalkulacija.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/csv02-1-300x247.png 300w, https:\/\/kalkulacija.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/csv02-1-768x631.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 843px) 100vw, 843px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3566\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Pode\u0161avanje separatora<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Veli\u010dina CSV datoteke je odre\u0111ena operativnim sistemom i za FAT16B mo\u017ee biti 2GB, za FAT32 &#8211; 4GB, HFS &#8211; 2GB, itd. \u0160to omogu\u0107ava da snimite tabelu od 10 kolona (svaka kolona po 10 bajtova) i skoro 20 miliona redova, naravno ako imate program koji mo\u017ee generisati ili Notepad koji mo\u017ee ispisati toliku datoteku.<\/p>\n<p>Tu svakako nismo zaboravili ni delimiter (oznaka za razdvajanje kolona) koja mo\u017ee biti: Tabulator (znak TAB &#8211; ASCII kod karaktera 009) , ta\u010dka-zarez, zarez, razmak, ili korisni\u010dki definisan znak. Isto tako ne zaboravimo da je u excelu maksimalno dozvoljena tabela od \u00a01.048.576 redova i 16.384 kolone.<\/p>\n<p>To je ujedno i ograni\u010denje za ovu vrstu u\u010ditavanja podataka za daljnju obradu.<\/p>\n<p>Zna\u010di da sve obrade vi\u0161e od milion redova radimo upotrebom PowerQuery i PowerPivot funkcionalnostima.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Carobnjak_za_prevlacenje_podataka\"><\/span>\u010carobnjak za prevla\u010denje podataka<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Mo\u017eete da otvorite tekstualnu datoteku koju ste kreirali u drugom programu kao Excel radnu svesku pomo\u0107u komande <strong>Open. <\/strong>Otvaranje tekstualne datoteke u Excel-u ne menja format datoteke \u2014 ovo mo\u017eete videti u naslovnoj traci Excel-a, gde ime datoteke zadr\u017eava ekstenziju tekstualne datoteke.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Idite na\u00a0<strong>File<\/strong>&gt;\u00a0<strong>Open<\/strong>\u00a0i potra\u017eite lokaciju koja sadr\u017ei tekstualnu datoteku.<br \/>\nIzaberite\u00a0<strong>CSV datoteku <\/strong>na padaju\u0107oj listi tipa datoteke u\u00a0dijalogu\u00a0<strong>Open.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure podaci bi\u0107e kao na prethodnoj slici.<\/li>\n<li>Nakon klika na <strong>Open<\/strong> dugme pokrenu\u0107e se \u010darobnjak za pomo\u0107 u tri koraka.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Prvi korak<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Od vas o\u010dekuje da odredite da li \u0107ete za razdvajanje vrednosti po kolonama koristiti posebni znak za razdvajanje (delimiter sinonim je separator) kolona ili \u0107ete brojem znakova odrediti \u0161irinu za sve redove.<\/li>\n<li>\u010carobnjak preporu\u010duje kodni raspored teksta (UTF-8) kao i mogu\u0107nost \u0161tikliranja da li je u prvom redu kliknite dalje (<strong>Next&gt;)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Drugi korak<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tra\u017ei da odredite znak za razdvajanje kao \u0161to je Tabulator (<strong>Tab<\/strong>), ta\u010dkazarez\/polukolona (<strong>Semicolon<\/strong>), zarez (<strong>Comma<\/strong>), razmak (<strong>Space<\/strong>) ili neki drugi znak koji sami odredite (<strong>Other<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>U slu\u010daju da imate uzastopne znakove razdvajanja, npr, duplirani, triplirani, \u0161tiklirajte i samostalni kvadrat za tretiranje uzastope znakove razdvajanja kao jedan (<strong>Treat consecutive delimiters as one<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>I na kraju odredite navodnike za tekstove (<strong>Text qualifier<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure datoteke odredite tip podataka.<\/li>\n<li>Podrazumevana vrednost je Op\u0161ti format (<strong>General<\/strong>), mo\u017ee biti i tekst, (<strong>Text<\/strong>), datum (<strong>Date<\/strong>) odre\u0111ene pravopisne forme (<strong>DMY<\/strong>, dan, mesec i godina), ili da neku kolonu jednostavno i ne prevu\u010dete-importujete (<strong>Do not import column (skip)<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>Ovde jednostavno mo\u017eete sve ostaviti u postoje\u0107em op\u0161tom formatu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3568-4\" PowerQuery<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>U slu\u010daju da radimo sa vi\u0161e od milion redova u tabeli (snimljenih u CSV formatu) jedini na\u010din da to obavimo u Excel-u je upotreba <strong>PowerQuery<\/strong> funkcionalnosti. PowerQuery je dodatak u verzijama 2010 do 2016 i mora se naknadno instalirati, a u verziji 2019, 2021 i 365 on je nezaobilazna funkcija na tab-u <strong>Data.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kada otvorite tab <strong>Data<\/strong> prvi alat na traci vam je <strong>Get Data<\/strong>. separated by commas.\u00a0This is true if we have the regional setting in Windows set to English spelling.<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Using_the_character_semi-column_in_the_CSV_file\"><\/span><span id=\"Upotreba_znaka_polukolona_u_CSV_datoteci\" class=\"ez-toc-section\"><\/span><span>Using the character [\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>;\u00a0<\/span><span>] (semi-column) in the CSV file<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span>When we set the regional setting in Windows with Serbo-Croatian spelling (and other variations), the character for separating decimal numbers is a comma (,) then, due to the correctness of the CSV format, the comma [\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>,<\/span><span>\u00a0]\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0is used instead of the comma [\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>;\u00a0<\/span><span>]<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><span>When exporting data, these characters will default to the current setting.\u00a0If by any chance we need a temporary change of those characters, it is necessary to\u00a0select\u00a0<strong>Options in the\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><strong><span>File<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0tab , and in the\u00a0<strong>Advanced<\/strong>\u00a0tab, uncheck the\u00a0<strong>Use system separators<\/strong>\u00a0option , when cells for user settings become available.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure be 2GB for FAT16B, 4GB for FAT32, 2GB for HFS, etc.\u00a0Which allows you to record a table of 10 columns (each column of 10 bytes) and almost 20 million rows, of course if you have a program that can and 365 it is an indispensable function on the\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>Data tab.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>When you open the Data<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0tab\u00a0, the first
