In order to avoid application errors and the wrong result, Microsoft anticipated enabling and disabling the button menu. When the program is in such a condition that a function may not be available, the buttons become gray and inactive.<\/p>\n<p>However, there are situations when we know how the program should react and there is no such reaction.
